TERRITORY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE (TAIPEI) [Job Code 2208125N]

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with potential Server ODM customers to understand server rail technical challenges & business goals and propose solutions.
  • Compile and build detailed business and technical proposals in response to ODM opportunities and RFQ proposals.
  • Provide strong sales leadership, support, account management & direction for Taiwan key account customers.
  • Provide regular and consistent communications, sales updates, barriers and opportunities to the APAC Manager.
  • Establish working relationships with global customer service, design engineering, quality and production teams to support account management needs.
  • Promote design and manufacture capabilities and develop key account relationships and opportunities that lead to long term product sales growth.
  • Identify, map and maintain deep and positive relationships with key influencers ranging from engineering personnel, product managers, procurement, and executive supporters within key customer organizations.
  • Recommend new product offerings and identify new opportunities by tracking and reporting the voice-of-customer to the product marketing team, tracking competitors and developing a driven response of actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required preferably in business or engineering
  • 5+ years of Taiwan server ODM sales account management
  • Ability to discuss product design and improvement internally and externally. Knowledge of products within the industry i.e. Mechanical, Datacom or industrial accounts.
  • Skills in leading multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
  • Ability to maximise partnerships to drive the strategic plan and aligns to the organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
  • Ability to negotiate by collaborating with others to arrive at a conclusion using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale and tact both internally and externally in a selling environment
  • Effectively communicate using both English and Chinese and present their views in a clear and compelling manner
  • Ability to speak and influence key customers at all position levels, both professionally and technically
