TECHNICAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST [Job Code 2204113L]

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the technical authority on company’s products, work with Product Support Team to assist prospects and customers with technical matters
  • Provide pre-sales support with colleagues to provide additional technical support during the Proof of Value, to convert prospects to customers
  • Understand the individual use cases and needs of each customer and design, overseeing implementation of technical solutions where required
  • Provide feedback and technical reporting on accounts to company’s management

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in technical/engineering discipline and has worked in innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Has enthusiasm for innovation, experimentation and self-development in the legal technology field
  • Preferably with experience in
    • communicating with technical and senior management and/or
    • handling customer-facing activities (pre-/post-sales) and/or
    • developing or supporting web-based applications and related technologies
