SENIOR LEAD, DATA CENTRE SERVICE ASSURANCE [Job Code 2201101S]
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager in ensuring inter-department collaboration to provide service excellence to customers. Primary role is to focus on DCO-SG in-house operations. This involves management & execution of in-house policies, process & procedures to ensure accountability and effectiveness of the DCO-SG operations team.
- Manage the process in delivering excellent DC services to inter-departments and customers
- Manage and oversee customer service levels and deliverables as per MSA commitments
- Work with inter-department stakeholders to ensure the operations meet the SLA requirements of the customers
- Incident manager for internal stakeholders during incident management and work with Technical Service Manager during incident and post incident task and closure
- Work with the inter-department stakeholders regarding incidents/outages to provide accurate and up to date information to internal stakeholders
- Lead and/or manage the Change/Incident Management and CAB meeting for all sites
- Service management, measuring, tracking and reporting on operational performance of SG operations
- Support internal and external compliance and certification audits across multiple sites.
- Provide strategic guidance & directions to project owners, stakeholders and vendors on continuous improvement for all DC related activities
- Prepare Request for Proposal/Quotation (RFPs/ RFQs) and other documents required for project budget/estimates/bids /tenders
- Present/generate/review related progress/health reports to stakeholders and customers
- Manage and coordinate safety and security related processes
- Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in related IT/Engineering courses
- At least 2 – 5 years of relevant work experience in Data Centre environment
- Broad knowledge in IT (Technology) and OT (Operation Technology)
- Knowledge in data centre facilities related systems preferred
- Service-oriented
- Possess relevant facilities management and/or data centre related certifications, such as ITIL, CDCP, CDCS, etc
- Familiar with certifications standards, such as LEED Gold, ISO 20000 / 22301 / 27001, Uptime Institute Tier III, etc
- Familiarity with HSE and physical security will be a plus.
