SENIOR ENGINEER (INFRASTRUCTURE) (IT) [Job Code 10023P]

Responsibilities:

• Perform, independently or as a team member, all phases of Complex IT networking projects, including design, procurement, implementation and documentation
• Become knowledgeable in an IT network sub-specialty (e.g. Routing & switching, Network Security, Network monitoring and Performance)
• Gather requirements, design, install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot LAN switches technologies or WAN network (optional)
• Experience in Implementation on network projects
• Suggest improvement in network designs to improve reliability, security and efficiency and work with vendors to resolve product bugs or guidance to Project Network Design to the Implementation or Maintenance Team
• Perform Post Sale Support
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve special IT issues with minimal supervision
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed by the Manager
• Able to act independently in handling his/her assigned IT assignment without any assistance

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Implementation on Network projects
• CCNP or equivalent professional certification is preferred
• Knowledge on Gigamon, NetFlow, Solarwind & Network Tap has an advantage
• Willing to learn new technology outside of Network Domain (e.g Infrastructure related domain, VMware, Servers, Backup & Restore and Storage Area Network)
• Minimum 4 or more years of experience on Network Related Field
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshoot experience
