QA/QC MANAGER [Job Code 2508108A]

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and procedures aligned with ISO standards and client requirements.
  • Manage quality inspections, testing, and documentation throughout all phases of construction, including civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning stages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards. (CONQUAS will be an advantage)
  • Oversee the inspection process for material receiving, in-progress works, mock-ups, and final handover.
  • Liaise with clients, authorities, and third-party inspectors (if any) during audits and site inspections.
  • Lead non-conformance reporting (NCR), root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure quality documentation, checklists, and test records are accurately maintained and handed over.
  • Support project commissioning and validation processes, particularly in controlled environments.
  • Provide training and guidance to site QA/QC personnel to uphold consistent quality practices.
  • Participate in risk assessments, method statement reviews, and quality-related meetings.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma with at least 5 years of experience in project/engineering/construction management, preferably in data centre or critical environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO policies, QA/QC procedures, and international quality standards.
  • Familiarity with MEP systems, containment, cleanroom classification and critical utility systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in documentation control, audit preparation, and quality tracking tools.
  • Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour.
  • Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills.
