PROJECT MANAGER (KL/JB) [Job Code 2403108A]

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monitoring all civil, structure, M&E and architecture activities on site.
• Coordinating with site personnel and sub-contractors on various construction activities to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Maintaining quality control of site materials to minimize wastage.
• Managing all plant and equipment on site to ensure proper and efficient deployment of machineries, as well as organizing any additional requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil Engineering/Building with at least 8 years of experience and with M&E knowledge
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate the site team.
• Good writing and verbal communication in both Bahasa and English.
