PROJECT MANAGER [Job Code 2105424A]

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project and project team including engineers and contractors
  • Troubleshoot issues during design & construction phase
  • Prepare project schedule and ensure it is carried out by the project team
  • Ensure that content of all submission are aligned to Company & client’s requirement
  • Evaluate on-site installation quality & rectify problems
  • Participate in site testing and commissioning process
  • Provide advice & guide the team on the handover certificate
  • Maintain tracker sheet on defects & assign manpower for defect clearance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree qualification with at least 7 years in construction/engineering industry
  • Experience in Microsoft Office i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge in project management tools, solutions, and techniques are highly desirable.
  • Safety Awareness is required at all times
  • Familiar with Authority Requirement and Code of Practice is preferred
  • Must have good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to commit to long working hours & responsive to client’s urgent request.
