PROJECT HOD [Job Code 191108LA]

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project implementation division
• Manage a team of more than 200 employees, consisting of department managers and on-site team members
• Plan and execute annual business strategies and budget
• Responsible for revenue & profit for the division
• Oversee project plan execution, while working closely with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Plan and deploy project team for each project
• Plan and manage project timelines
• Manage project meetings with internal and external parties
• Ensure compliance with local authorities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 10 years of On-Site experience in Electrical constructions (e.g. MRT, Building project)
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred
• Excellent management and collaborative skill
• Independent, proactive, meticulous and takes initiative
