PLANNER [Job Code 2508109A]

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, updating, and maintenance of project schedules under the supervision of senior planners or schedulers.
  • Input schedule data into scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Work with project teams to gather schedule information on design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Help monitor project progress and update timelines accordingly.
  • Support the generation of weekly and monthly schedule reports and look-ahead plans.
  • Maintain schedule documentation and ensure activity coding and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) are properly applied.
  • Track progress of subcontractor activities and coordinate updates to the master schedule.
  • Attend internal meetings and take notes for action items and scheduling updates.
  • Support analysis of schedule delays and assist in the development of recovery plans.
  • Apply basic scheduling concepts, including critical path, float, and dependencies.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma with at least 1 year of experience in project scheduling/planning support, preferably in data centre or critical environment.
  • Knowledge of scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Familiarity with construction sequences and project lifecycles.
  • Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred.
  • Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour.
  • Team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
