INTERIOR DESIGNER [Job Code 1910171R]

Responsibilities:

• Proactive in planning for future design templates / collaterals required for upcoming outlets & revamping the existing outlets’ design/collaterals once lease is up (when required)
• Assist company in all design related collaterals (e.g. shop graphics, signage, booth artwork, etc)
• Work with operations, projects & marketing departments for space planning and operational flow
• Liaise with mall management for site visits as well as to provide design submissions for approval
• Ensure that new outlets are up and running before lease commencement
• To produce proper set of Interior Design drawings (Floor Plan, Structural Plan, Elevations, Lighting Plan, M&E system floorplan, etc)

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma of Interior Design or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Autocad, 3D max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop
• At least 2 years working experience in a related field is required for this position
• Team player with good adaptability and can also work well independently
• Experience in doing designing work for F&B businesses would be a bonus
• Open-minded with a creative flair
• Ability to handle multiple tight deadlines at same time
