HR MANAGER [Job Code 2203111L]

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full spectrum of HR functions including
    • recruitment, on-boarding & induction
    • payroll management
    • compensation and benefits
    • staff welfare
    • disciplinary and grievance handling and
    • performance management
  • Establish and review HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with company’s strategic direction
  • Streamline all HR processes and practices and ensure systems are in place and implemented
  • Engage with employees to understand their sentiments
  • Responsible to work with Operations Director to manage HR budget including manpower planning and headcount
  • Ensure HR guidelines support business demands
  • Ensure HR practices comply with MOM requirements
  • Keep abreast of new policies and requirements by MOM

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in HR Management or its equivalent
  • Experience in F&B Industry
  • At least 7 years relevant work experience
  • Effective communication and written skills
  • Systematic and process driven
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels
  • A hands-on and results-oriented person
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism is preferred (English and Chinese)
