HR MANAGER [Job Code 2001292H]

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for HR and related matters in areas of manpower planning and budgeting, performance and conduct management
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition, management and retention strategies
  • Manage HRM and administrative functions including working closely with external HR management and system vendors
  • Plan and manage employee engagement activities, e.g. on-boarding, townhalls, surveys
  • Review of HR policies, processes and procedures for relevance and compliance with local statutory requirements
  • Monitor and keep abreast with latest HR trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a consumer goods company
  • Strong team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, accountability and discretion
  • Highly analytical, perceptive and a resourceful problem-solver
