HR MANAGER [Job Code 2001292H]
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR and related matters in areas of manpower planning and budgeting, performance and conduct management
- Develop and execute talent acquisition, management and retention strategies
- Manage HRM and administrative functions including working closely with external HR management and system vendors
- Plan and manage employee engagement activities, e.g. on-boarding, townhalls, surveys
- Review of HR policies, processes and procedures for relevance and compliance with local statutory requirements
- Monitor and keep abreast with latest HR trends and best practices
Requirements:
- At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a consumer goods company
- Strong team player with good communications and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, accountability and discretion
- Highly analytical, perceptive and a resourceful problem-solver
