EXECUTIVE, MARKETING (INTEGRATED BRAND CAMPAIGNS) [Job Code 2108438S]
Responsibilities:
- Support in planning and executing brand campaign(s) from the point of market entry as well as supporting in-market brand building and other go-to-market campaigns and activation across but not limited to digital media channels, collaterals, marketing and sales materials
- Support in planning and executing events that help to elevate the brand presence
- Evaluating and planning sponsorships to grow the brand in the region and globally, especially in the markets we operate in and/or where our target customers are located
- Planning and coordinating a range of corporate events such as conferences, exhibitions, roundtables, roadshows and other hospitality events, with clear focus on a compelling customer experience
- Managing social media communities through the use of a social media management tool
- Maintaining & updating the social media editorial and content calendar
- Development of social media assets, such as social media tiles, videos, blogs; copywriting for online and social media content to adhere to social media channel best practices
- Managing brand guidelines for consistency across the Group
- Preparing campaign reports and recommending creative optimisations
- Creating a regular campaign calendar schedule and identifying opportunities to promote organic content in partnership with the paid media team
- Partner closely with multidisciplinary marketing and media teams to (i) ensure understanding of campaign goals (ii) coordinate production of effective creative assets (iii) ensure assets are delivered to create compelling and engaging experiences across channels that deliver on campaign results
- Assist in housekeeping and administrative matters of each project. This includes liaison with Legal and Finance teams on reviews of vendor contract agreements, tracking budget and project retainer/subscriptions, and managing PO and invoice processing.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 of experience in B2B marketing role in marketing communications, PR, digital marketing or related marketing functions. Technology, data centres, or start-up experience would be highly regarded.
- Relevant diploma and/or degree equivalent; degree is not required with relevant work experience
- Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint. Expertise in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an added value.
- Possess good analytical, problem solving, and inductive/deductive reasoning skills
- Displays working knowledge and understanding of campaign management processes
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to present and convey complex information and ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels
- Able to work effectively independently and a team player with great interpersonal skills
- Able to build and maintain open and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Possess creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns
