ENGINEER (SLA) [Job Code 2009296P]

Responsibilities:

• Server, Network, OS, Storage and Backup installation, configurations and administration
• Coordinate system and network development tasks to include requirements, design, procurement, implementation, configuration, documentation, integration, formal testing, maintenance and upgrade
• Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation/reporting to ensure efficient planning and implementation
• Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem resolution
• Quality Escalation Management, Account Management/Review, Exception Handling, Costs/Overhead Management, Contract Renewal skills and ensure that all SLA/KPI are met
• Perform additional tasks and supporting special projects, as required
• Stand-by support is required

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
• Good knowledge and experience in configuring and troubleshooting multi-vendor OS, servers, storage, backup, routers and switches
• Working experience with routing and switching technologies
• Technology background and skills in Virtualisation e.g. VMware, Operating Systems (RHEL, Windows, Linux, Unix)
• Good team worker who can also carry out assignments independently
