ENGINEER (CORPORATE IT) [Job Code 2109446P]

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers, vendors & internal teams to resolve issues and operational matters
• Able to do Level 1 & Level 2 troubleshooting and preventive maintenances.
• Work experience with maintaining enterprise systems with focus on cyber security
• Patching and updating of tools and systems
• Maintain technical documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent
• Professional certifications in cyber security solutions preferred
• Experience in Implementation & Maintenance of Desktop & Cyber Security
• Experience in technologies like McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, Thales etc
• 3 years’ in managing and executing projects based on endpoint security, data loss prevention and vulnerability management domains.
