DATA ANALYST/BUSINESS ANALYST [Job Code 2112462P]

Responsibilities:

Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
Guide the Development Team on building the required solution
Working alongside teams within the business team to establish business needs and convert them into technical requirements

Degree and/or Master in relevant fields
Experience in Data Modelling, Data Warehouse, ETL tools and banking functional knowledge.
Experience/Exposure in dashboarding tools like Qlikview or Tableau preferred.
Experience in working with agile software development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Experience in working with multi location teams will be an added advantage
Experience in Hadoop eco-system (Hive, HDFS, Pig etc.)
Ability to analyse large datasets to collect and interpret data.
Strong verbal and written communication skills as Data Analysts do communicate with the wider business
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
Attention to detail as data analysis and reporting must be precise
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access).
Strong programming skills in SQL,Python, Pyspark, Spark SQL, MySQL
Familiar with Data storytelling
Team Player with ability to work independently around tight deadlines and able to prioritise and multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
Good to have data science workflow exposure and cloud pipelines (AWS or Google Cloud)
