CONTRACT MANAGER (JB/KL) [Job Code 2601101A]
Responsibilities:
- Lead the contract management team and oversee the full contract lifecycle from tender to close-out.
- Manage and optimise contract-related budgets, ensuring profit and loss targets are achieved.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and timely resolution of issues.
- Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Drive risk mitigation, change order management, and service-level compliance.
- Prepare accurate reports on contract performance and financial outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma with at least 7 years of experience in QS / engineering / construction management, preferably in data centre or critical environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with P&L and budget management experience.
- Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour.
- Good leadership and team player with ability to work independently and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaborative and people management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
