CONTRACT EXECUTIVE OR MANAGER [Job Code 2406112A]

Responsibilities:

  • Tender Management:
    • Support and manage the tender process, from initial assessment to submission.
    • Prepare and review tender documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
    • Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of tender submissions.
  • Contract Review and Management:
    • Analyse, draft, and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to maintenance and facilities management services.
    • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and vendors to secure favorable agreements.
  • Client and Vendor Relations:
    • Serve as the point of contact for contract-related matters with clients and vendors.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients and vendors, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
    • Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure seamless execution of maintenance and facilities management services.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
    • Prepare regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance issues for senior management.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
