BUSINESS MANAGER (F&B) [Job Code 2206116R]
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the outlets/restaurants
- Is responsible for achieving the sales target of the outlets/restaurants
- Manage brand operations team to ensure motivation and high productivity levels
- Maintain effective cost control in all areas of outlets/restaurants
- Observe QC levels and ensure standards are maintained
- Analyse business performance with Operations Director and support from Business Analyst department and recommend/put in place action plans
- Ensure all promotions are executed effectively and efficiently
- Ensure proper and efficient manpower planning
- Set up system to ensure that all team members have the necessary training on the brand and the product
- Manage and resolve employee issues at outlet level; provide counselling, conflict management and grievance handling
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business or its equivalent
- At least 7 years work experience, preferably in the F&B industry
- Effective communication and written skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Systematic and process driven
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels
- A hands-on and result-oriented person
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Bilingualism is preferred (English and Chinese)
