BUSINESS ANALYST [Job Code 2201100P]

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Business Analysts of clients to understand Business Processes, Application Architecture
  • Document Level 1 to Level 4 Business Process diagrams/Application Architecture/System architecture and other knowledge repository documents.
  • Prepare Knowledge Transition documents for Project Onboarding, Client Process Knowledge, Testing center of excellence Process Knowledge
  • Act as knowledge transition agent for Knowledge transfer of client Business Process, Testing centre of excellence Process for resources getting onboarded to Banking client
  • Guide Test Analysts on business processes/Test data management to facilitate them to prepare Test cases and Test data for testing
  • Guide Automation Architects about Business Processes to facilitate them to design efficient Automation scripts
  • Participate in FSD walkthroughs and understand the scope and functionalizes and explain to the team members
  • Confirm all requirements have been met during SIT before moving to UAT

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 7+ years’ of experience
  • Must be conversant with Banking Business Processes, Application used in banking industry
  • Preferably should have worked as part of SIT or UAT Testing Teams with Banking clients and conversant Testing Best Practices
  • Should become expert knowledge in one or more of the following business areas
    • Core Banking
    • Banking Compliance
    • Corporate Banking
    • Payments
    • Cards
    • Retail Banking
  • Preferable to have knowledge on Test management tools, Test Automation Tools, Defect Management Tools.
