BIM MODELLER [Job Code 180920E]

Responsibilities:

• Use of BIM to perform drawing works; create 3D model content for architectural, structural and MEP works etc.
• Design, coordinate and prepare specification and plans
• Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for drawings and submission approval
• Carry out design activities in a timely and cost effective manner and in accordance with client’s specification, statutory regulations and ISO for Design and Drafting
• Stay updated and comply with the code of practice on electrical, mechanical and fire protection
• Perform regular housekeeping, documentation and archiving of drawings
• Assist in admin work and coordinate with internal staff and clients
• Any other duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Architectural Technology/Civil & Structural Engineering/Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and its equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in related field
• Project experience is an advantage
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD for drawing, design & construction documentation
• Good knowledge in relevant software: AutoCAD 2D/3D, BIM, REVI, Navisworks, Photoshop etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes
• Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure within stipulated timeframe
