ASSOCIATE ENGINEER/ENGINEER (CORPORATE IT) [Job Code 1907193P]

Responsibilities:

• Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
• Maintaining all software and hardware in relation to security
• Expertise across a variety of security products including firewalls, URL filtering, information security and virus protection (McAfee Endpoint, Palo Alto product line, Tenable Nessus)
• Documenting security relevant documentations
• Identifying current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats
• Threat intelligence (Security Incident Management)
• Sourcing, evaluating and implementing new security solutions to better protect the organisation
• Conduct proactive research to analyse security weaknesses and recommend appropriate strategies
• Liaising with vendors to implement security solutions

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with incident detection, incident response and forensic
• Knowledge and experience in the followings:
  • Technically inclined and hands on
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with firewalls (Functionality and Maintenance), NSX and Endpoint security added advantage
