Key Consultant

Julie Tan is the founder of HR Exchange.  She has been in the HR arena for more than 20 years. Her last corporate role was Head of Compensation & Benefits in an American multinational high-tech company.

In her corporate and consulting roles, Julie has worked with all levels of personnel in both multi-national companies/MNCs and local SMEs. These companies span across diverse industries including consumer goods, engineering, financial, high-tech, manufacturing and telecommunications.

Julie’s key strengths as a strategic business partner, coupled with a meticulous nature, have enabled her many achievements. She brings extensive, in-depth and hands-on experience in many areas in Human Resources, in particular HR Infrastructure and Compensation/Benefits.
