BIM MANAGER (DATA CENTRE CONSTRUCTION) -JB/KL [Job Code 2505105A]

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate BIM implementation throughout the project design and final model preparation.
• Act as the primary contact for all BIM-related matters for assigned projects.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of the BIM Execution Plan.
• Oversee updates to models, specialized models, and related databases.
• Prepare drawing submission lists based on contract requirements.
• Lead and supervise BIM Engineers to meet project timelines and standards.
• Monitor drawing submissions and regularly update their status.
• Support the Project Team with design changes, updates, and related issues.
• Maintain and update all models, drawings, and documentation.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Certified in BIM modelling and management.
• Proficient in relevant BIM software.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• In-depth M&E engineering knowledge and design experience.
• Data centre project experience is an advantage.
