HR MANAGER (DATA CENTRE CONSTRUCTION)-JB/KL [Job Code 2505104A]

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implement/Manage company policies and procedures, and ensure adherence to these policies.
  • Carry out year-end performance management process and prepare all documents and letters related to salary increase and bonus.
  • Work closely with hiring manager to source and recruit suitable candidates. Manage new hire process including pre-employment medical check-up, work pass application (if any) and onboarding process.
  • Handle payroll processing via payroll system, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Manage all statutory contributions and payments. Manage annual employee income tax filing.
  • Administer employee benefits and insurance plans, and assist employees on claims.
  • Manage employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations and communication. Work closely with managers and employees, to create a collaborative work environment. Any grievance must be handled with compassion and thorough investigation, and managed according to local laws.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma with at least 7 years of experience in HR and payroll.
  • Familiar with country employment laws and regulations.
  • Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Good leadership, team player and good problem-solving skills
