SENIOR HR & ADMIN MANAGER (KL,MALAYSIA) [Job Code 2501100S]

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource and Admin functions.
  • Work closely with local management team and group HQ management in the development and ongoing review of overall people strategy and its implementation.
  • On-going review of HR standard and procedures. Identify areas for improvement and resolves any discrepancies and keep Management informed of any new development and implementation progress.
  • Designs, directs and manages a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as succession planning, high potential workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
  • Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits plans, benchmarking to market trend, oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and raises.
  • Develop and implement annual Performance Management and KPI systems. Monitors the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
  • Manage talent acquisition process and drive talent development efforts. Lead employment branding exercise through effective recruitment & interview process to cultivate positive candidate experience.
  • Review training plans of the organization to align with Company’s direction according to budget allocated.
  • Proactively manage employee relations, continuously create a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
  • Ensure full legal compliance throughout human resource management – all HR actions taken are complied with HR Acts and laws
  • Handle day to day HR operational and routine task.
  • To oversee and take charge of office administrative functions.  
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.;
  • At least 8 years of working experience in the related field. Prior experience in manufacturing industry will be given priority.
  • Hands on and possess good strategic thinking and mindset.
  • Good knowledge in Employment Acts and other relevant statutory. Knowledge and exposure in Singapore HR are an added advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team work, proactive engagement with other function departments to ensure effectiveness of work.  
  • Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (liaise with China stakeholders).  
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel between Bangi and Batangkali
