MARKETING EXECUTIVE [Job Code 2406111A]

Responsibilities:

  • 1) Development and Implement Marketing Strategies:
    • Formulate and executive comprehensive annual Marketing Plans to promote our data centre services
    • Identify target markets and create tailored strategies to reach key audiences
    • Work around portfolio materials to achieve marketing results
  • 2) Brand Promotion and Positioning:
    • Enhance visibility and further build credibility of company’s brand in this niche industry
    • Develop and maintain a consistent brand message across all marketing channels
    • Create compelling copywriting and content for various respective platforms to attract eyeballs (online & offline)
  • 3) Digital Marketing and Building Online Presence:
    • Manage company’s online presence through
      • Website Optimization
      • SEO implementation and review
      • Social Media Channels (Linkedin, Facebook etc)
    • Propose and update website’s content on quarterly/half-yearly basis
    • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for leads generation and engaging target audience
    • Utilize respective reports/tools to measure performance of digital marketing initiatives and tweak according to objectives and results
  • 4) Event Planning and Participation (online & offline)
    • Organize and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our services
    • Work with respective partners to co-promote specific products and services
    • Represent company at events to build relationship/rapport with key stakeholders and potential clients
    • Conduct before-during-after event review to evaluate success of events, and gather insights for future events
    • Propose and manage budgetary requirements, keeping track of spendings and measuring ROI
  • 5) Updating of Marketing Materials
    • Take initiative to create & update marketing materials such as product catalogue, track record, white papers, case studies, technical proposals, presentations and company profile
    • Design and create specific materials with information based on each unique event
    • Work with our product factory to derive up-to-date information on product brochures and flyers
    • Propose and design company profile and presentation deck based on company corporate image and theme. To review these materials every quarterly for updates
    • Create, track and maintain customer database – utilize database for suggested social marketing campaigns or physical events / exhibitions
  • 6) Market Research and Analysis:
    • Lookout for competitors movement within the industry to better understand the market direction (i.e upcoming technology and new product)
  • 7) Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:
    • Good basic knowledge of services that company provide – in order to better facilitate copywriting
    • To provide Pre-sale/BD, and administrative support to sales team
    • Source and lookout for new verticals
    • Handle potential enquiries and customer relationship building
  • 8) Day to day administrative tasks:
    • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Strong understanding and experience in social media and content management (LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Self-driven to pick up awareness and be up to date with current Data Centre industry
  • Responsible and well-organized to keep track of campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data/results to drive decision
  • We prioritize creativity and results
  • Self -starter with proactive and hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • Basic knowledge in product brochures and catalogues design
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, Pixelmator Pro and Final Cut Pro is a bonus
