BUSINESS MANAGER (F&B) [Job Code 2206116R]

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall operations of the outlets/restaurants
  • Is responsible for achieving the sales target of the outlets/restaurants
  • Manage brand operations team to ensure motivation and high productivity levels
  • Maintain effective cost control in all areas of outlets/restaurants
  • Observe QC levels and ensure standards are maintained
  • Analyse business performance with Operations Director and support from Business Analyst department and recommend/put in place action plans
  • Ensure all promotions are executed effectively and efficiently
  • Ensure proper and efficient manpower planning
  • Set up system to ensure that all team members have the necessary training on the brand and the product
  • Manage and resolve employee issues at outlet level; provide counselling, conflict management and grievance handling

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business or its equivalent
  • At least 7 years work experience, preferably in the F&B industry
  • Effective communication and written skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Systematic and process driven
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels
  • A hands-on and result-oriented person
  • Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism is preferred (English and Chinese)
