HR MANAGER [Job Code 2203111L]
Responsibilities:
- Drive the full spectrum of HR functions including
- recruitment, on-boarding & induction
- payroll management
- compensation and benefits
- staff welfare
- disciplinary and grievance handling and
- performance management
- Establish and review HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with company’s strategic direction
- Streamline all HR processes and practices and ensure systems are in place and implemented
- Engage with employees to understand their sentiments
- Responsible to work with Operations Director to manage HR budget including manpower planning and headcount
- Ensure HR guidelines support business demands
- Ensure HR practices comply with MOM requirements
- Keep abreast of new policies and requirements by MOM
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in HR Management or its equivalent
- Experience in F&B Industry
- At least 7 years relevant work experience
- Effective communication and written skills
- Systematic and process driven
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work well with people at all levels
- A hands-on and results-oriented person
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Bilingualism is preferred (English and Chinese)
