HR EXECUTIVE (SEVERAL POSITIONS) [Job Code 2106430RA]

You will be part of HR Team in a fast-moving SME, which has a diverse group of local and foreign employees. You are expected to work closely and cohesively with every member in the HR Team in all aspects of HR.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a HR business partner, liaise with internal customers on their HR needs
  • Involved in Recruitment ie. candidate profiling, interview scheduling, selection process, salary recommendation, onboarding
  • Prepare employee letters ie. letter of appointment, confirmation, salary change, promotion, etc.
  • Manage and update employee database on a timely and accurate basis
  • Involved in employee benefits administration including claims
  • Involved in employee training administration including training registration and training grant claims
  • Submit MOM required reports
  • Process work pass for foreigners
  • Participate in any HR work and project assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Good understanding of HR practices including Employment Act
  • Good organisational skills with ability to carry out analytical and coordination work
  • Good working attitude & is self-driven
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to write and speak fluently in English and Chinese
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
